Install the Galvanized Steel Easy Pulley System Martin House Pole through the premade openings in the center of the home, with the pulley housing covering this opening. The pulley system on this pole enables you to raise and lower this home in moments. The item snaps together with the included hardware, and drainage on each floor helps the nestlings remain dry and safe. The American Barn Purple Martin House has white plastic side faces that ensures the home remains cool for nestlings, and ventilation holes near the roof line help to further regulate temperature. The two main floors each have four separate apartments, for eight comfortable roosts measuring 8.25" long, 8.5" wide, and 6" tall. Four additional apartments in the attic offer even more roosting spots, and every opening is crescent shaped to deter starlings. The black, plastic floors on the main body offer traction for nestlings, and integrated nest bowls here help martins place their nest. The door panels swing upward for regular nest checks, and the openings on the main body feature rain canopies and landing platforms. This added area offers martins a convenient resting spot, while included perches can be installed on the sides for extra lookout points. The dark green, steeply pitched roof brings a dramatic look to this unit. This Barn is constructed of 100% UV Protected Injected Molded Polypropylene Co-polymer Plastic which creates a durable home.

The Galvanized Steel Easy Pulley System easily supports your Martin house on its deluxe 14 foot tall 1.9" outside diameter round pole with an included 18" ground sleeve. This Pole System contains 9 separate sections, 8 of which have swagged ends to connect together with ease with a straight section as the top piece, At the Top the pole mount the sturdy, powder coated steel pulley wheel and feed the included, 20' nylon rope through it to easily raise and lower your martin house for regular maintenance. This robust, steel wheel ensures smooth movement and rust resistance for seasons of service with a higher weight capacity than similar poles, and its extended sides cover the opening atop your existing martin house roof. A matching, powder coated rope cleat can be affixed to the pole using the included screws, readily holding the remainder of the rope securely in place. Concrete the included 18" ground sleeve in soil to act as an anchor and for more versatility.
